CEO Pledge

Indicate your intent to become a CEO Cancer Gold Standard™ organization by completing our CEO Pledge which we will sign and return to you, pledging our support of your accreditation efforts.

Both copies of the CEO Pledge should be signed by an organization’s Chief Executive Office (or highest-ranking leader), indicating your commitment and the intended effective date of your accreditation as a Gold Standard employer.  Return both copies to:
