Through iThrive, Realogy’s comprehensive wellness initiative, employees receive holistic health education and programming to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. iThrive targets many dimensions of wellness, including physical health, nutrition education, mind-body wellness, work/life balance, and positive workplace culture.
iThrive is an innovative program that is run completely online so that all Realogy employees across the globe, whether working at home or in the office, can access iThrive offerings and make their wellness goals a reality. These offerings include monthly health newsletters with interactive activities, an easy-to-use wellness portal with ample resources, informational wellness seminars and webinars, engaging health education videos, and optional contests with incentives. Contests include weight loss initiatives, physical activity challenges, mindfulness and positivity practice, and nutrition guidance. Realogy also offers Cigna’s Quit Today program for tobacco cessation and Cigna’s Healthy Steps to Weight Loss program. Employees are also invited to take part in support groups that connect Realogy employees with more in common than just a workplace, like the Cancer Survivor Partner Program.
Though iThrive is primarily an online initiative, Realogy has formed a team of iThrive ambassadors to personalize iThrive. These ambassadors are employees who have volunteered their time to further iThrive’s goals at their respective locations. Ambassadors have the opportunity to create their own site-specific programs to maximize employee engagement, like activities in on-site fitness centers or coordinating community walks and runs.
