A Place to Thrive
To build a more healthy and productive workforce, Sanofi US is broadening its focus on employee health by creating “A Place to Thrive,” a new initiative that takes a more holistic approach to addressing employee well-being. In addition to its key focus on physical health and wellness, A Place to Thrive integrates other key dimensions of well-being like Work/Life, Financial Fitness, Diversity and Inclusion, and Making a Difference in our Communities. Each of these dimensions contributes to enhancing employees’ work/life experience.
A Place to Thrive offers employees a comprehensive suite of both new and familiar resources, including free, on-site Health Clinics, on -site Pharmacy, on-site fitness centers, free expert financial planning workshops, nine Employee Resource Groups and college scholarships for employees’ children.
The new initiative was rolled out in an innovative PDF Flipbook format that engaged readers in learning more about the benefits that come with working in A Place to Thrive.
